encourage you to contact us by telephone, for these reasons:

Two-way conversation allows for a much more efficient exchange of
information than does email. Conversation often changes
directions based on responding to earlier comments or questions, and
consequently more information is usually exchanged in a conversation
than in an email response.

Even
if we do not connect immediately, and you reach our voice mail, we can
normally get back to you more quickly by phone.
We or
our Administrative Assistants are normally available to answer telephone
calls between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday,
and at other times by chance.
If you
call at a time when we are not available —
we do not routinely answer the telephone on
Saturdays and Sundays, or at any time during weddings or consultations —
please leave a message on our voice mail, and we
will get back to you as soon as we can.
We try
to answer emails on a timely basis, but our schedule and the volume of
email we receive doesn't always allow us to check or respond to emails
as promptly as we would like. With this in mind, you can email us
