Meet The White Rose Staff |
| |
|
We have had a wonderful
staff of assistants over the years, some on a regular schedule and some
on call as needed. We are currently in the process of revising
this page to include current pictures.
Until this page is
updated, the only Staff members pictured here are Cedar and Mr. Bones, our faithful
companions and Chapel Greeters (below). |

Cedar

Cedar
never
a bride, only a bridesmaid has been
our official Chapel Greeter and Watchdog since we opened in
1998. She
is usually present when we consult with couples about upcoming
wedding ceremonies. She is occasionally invited by dog
lovers to attend rehearsals and/or weddings.
Cedar is well-trained and does a number of tricks,
including wearing hats.
When you come to the Chapel, ask to see our 2002
calendar with Cedar wearing a different hat for every month.
Cedar also sings (actually, hums/howls) with us on
Let Me Call You Sweetheart.
Cedar is ten years old. |

Mr. Bones
◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄◄
Mr.
Bones is a very special Scottish Terrier who came to
us in 2007 when we found out that he needed a new home.
He is the most peaceful and laid-back dog we have ever
known. Cedar is as happy as we are to have him as
another member of our family. He also enjoys
participating in weddings, and will lie quietly in the
Chapel during ceremonies when given permission to do so.
Mr. Bones is also 10 years old. So far, we have not
gotten him to sing with Cedar, but we are working on it.
We do not necessarily believe the old saying that you can't
teach an old dog new tricks. |
